  • Signature, by Chef Andrew Weissman, offers a menu that is straightforward and beguiling with contemporary interpretations of classic dishes – fresher, brighter versions of traditional cuisine enlivened with unconventional Texas spirit. The gracious aesthetic is an authentic and timeless atmosphere, which also continues outdoors with vine-covered pergolas and a large herb garden providing the fresh flavors to the kitchen.
  • SweetFire Kitchen features regional homestyle cuisine along with specialty disches from our brick oven and offers indoor and al fresco dining.
  • Primero Cantina is known for incredible Tex-Flex menu items and hand-crafted cocktails. Whether seated indoors or outside by the fireplace on the terrace, the sweeping views always impress.
  • Sire Bar and Bocado are situated directly off the lobby, in a space that pays homage to the resort’s King Ranch heritage. The full-service bar and lounge offers a wide range of spirits and delicious charcuterie offerings.
